Rideshare Driver Log

By the CalcMundi team · Updated October 22, 2026 · Formulas checked against standard financial math

Enter each day’s earnings and costs and track what you really keep each week and month. Everything stays on your phone, with no account.

How to use it

  1. Pick your country. It is preselected from your location, and the currency and units (miles or km) adjust.
  2. At the end of the day, enter your app earnings, distance, hours online, fuel and other costs.
  3. Enter your weekly car rent or payment and maintenance per mile once; they are remembered.
  4. Tap Save this day to build weekly (Mon–Sun) and monthly totals.

How profit is calculated

Profit = earnings − fuel − other costs − a share of the weekly car payment − maintenance per mile × miles. Wear and tear is real even if you pay for it later.

The log is stored only in this browser. Nothing is sent to us. Use Download as spreadsheet (CSV) to keep a copy — it also helps at tax time.

Frequently asked questions

Does it help with taxes?

It helps you track, but for US taxes keep your mileage log as the IRS requires (date, miles, purpose).
